"Shipping took forever"
The shipping was slow, honestly. I kept checking the tracking and it barely changed, which was kind of frustrating. The order did eventually show up, but yeah, waiting around without any real updates wasn’t great.

"Promo code worked after I tried again"
I think the coupon didn’t go through at first, or maybe I entered it before the page fully loaded, I can’t remember the exact order. Either way, I tried it again a minute later and it worked, so I ended up saving some money. Checkout was smooth after that

I tried using the financing option at checkout and kind of regret even going down that road. The page kept bouncing me around, and it never really made clear what was happening or what I was supposed to do next. I spent way too much time messing with it before finally giving up. If financing is going to be offered, it really needs to be straightforward, because this just made the whole purchase feel frustrating.

Ordering was fine overall, but the payment part felt a little clunky. My card didn’t show as approved right away, so I was sitting there for around a minute wondering if it actually went through or not.

I got the confirmation email a little later, so it worked out in the end. I just wish the checkout gave clearer updates about what was happening. Not terrible, but not the smoothest experience either.

I ordered from them and had a question about my shipment, but customer service took forever to get back to me. When they finally did, the answer was vague and didn’t really clear things up. The item itself was fine, so I can’t complain about that, but the whole support process was annoying. Also, I wasn’t thrilled that some of the terms seemed to change along the way, which just made it feel more frustrating. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great either.

"FFL list felt outdated"
I figured the FFL pickup part would be the usual quick step, but it ended up being the most annoying part of the whole order. The list seemed outdated, and one dealer on there didn’t even do transfers anymore, so I had to start calling around myself. The actual order went fine, but based on how these things usually go, I expected the dealer list to be more reliable.

I’m usually careful with transfers because even a small paperwork issue can turn into a headache, so I double-checked everything on my end. Thankfully, all the paperwork came through correctly and my FFL didn’t run into any problems. It took a little extra checking, but everything matched up fine
